Lack of storage on site? Often, once drawings are complete, project teams call off materials per drawing. Due to drawings often containing multiple work zones, this can cause unwanted material arriving on site that will not be used for months at a time from the fabrication facility.

For Example, 1 drawing contains 5 construction zones – each zone contains 3 work breakdown structures. This can mean up to 15 different call-offs.

We recognise the value of labelling according to construction zones. We therefore work with your project teams to coordinate this data into the BIM model, should this be required.
